Even proper use of your stove will cause damage due to wear.
Have defective parts replaced by a professional.
You will find a list of spare parts and wear parts in
chapter 12.1 “Spare parts and wear parts”.
Spare parts are available at your HASE authorised dealer.

8.1 Lighting checklist

Wood isn't lighting or very
slow to light.

not bright, yellow flames,
