Giga Ethernet ports:
The XOS connects to two different IP Ethernet networks:
Management Network:
for managing and operating the XOS via a management PC
Data Network:
for broadcasting from the TS multiplexers to the stream processors
A license to required for using the SDI outputs.

The two IP Ethernet networks must be separated. Use two different switches.
The Management and the Data switches are not provided by Harmonic.
The Management PC is optional, but recommended.
