Step 12. Enter the weight value taken during the timed (one minute)
low rate sampling runs. For example 2.000 Lbs/Minute.
(Default is .300 lbs/Minute)
Step 13. Press the Enter button to accept the value.
CAUTION
IF THE CONTROLLER DOES NOT ACCEPT THE VALUE YOU HAVE
ENTERED FOR THE LOW RATE. SET THE HIGH RATE FIRST AND COME
BACK TO SET THE LOW RATE.
Step 14. Press the down arrow
↓
until the cursor is next to the "HI Rate
CAL% 00.0".
Entering the
High Rate
Calibration Data
Step 1. Press the Clear button.
Step 2. Enter the High Rate OP% value used in the high rate sampling
runs. In our example% 50.0. The Default is% 80.0)
Step 3. Press the Enter button to accept the value.
Step 4. Press the down arrow until the cursor is next to the "HIGH
(L/M)"
Step 5. Press the Clear button.
Step 6. Enter the weight value taken during the timed (one minute)
high rate sampling runs. For example 6.000 Lbs/Minute. (The
Default setting for High Rate L/M is 1.7)
Step 7. Press the Enter button to accept the value.
Step 8. Press the Exit button two times to return to the Operational
Display.
