Step 3. Use a phillips screw driver and remove the four (4) pan head
machine screws that fasten the rear panel to the extrusion.
(See Fig. 4-5)
Step 4. Gently pull out the rear panel with the printed circuit boards
attached.
Step 5. Set the jumper that matches the system's feedback voltage or
current configuration. (See Fig. 4-8) (See Tables 4-3, 4-4, 4-5)
Step 6. Gently slide the rear panel back into the extrusion.
Step 7. Replace the pan head machine screws that attach the rear
panel to the extrusion.

The connector pins number from 1-6, left to right when facing the
rear panel of the HI 2160RC
PLUS
. (See fig. 3-5) The connector pins
number 1-6, right to left if installed in Option slots 3 or 4, when fac-
ing the rear panel of the Quad Expander Box. (See Fig. 4-5)

Pins 1&2 are used for Voltage input. (See Fig. 4-9)

Pins 5&6 are used for Current input. (See Fig. 4-9)
•
Only one of analog input signals can be configured and used for
Remote Set Point Input.
•
The current input is protected by a 31 mA plug in fuse.
