Setting the Jumpers
in the HI
2160RC
PLUS
Step 1. Get the analog signal information from the analog output
device documentation.
Step 2. Disconnect the power cord.
Step 3. Use a phillips screw driver and remove the two (2) pan head
machine screws that fasten the rear panel to the extrusion.
(See Fig. 4-3)
Step 4. Gently pull out the rear panel with the top and bottom panel
and printed circuit boards attached.
Step 5. Remove the two (2) pan head machine screws that attach the
top panel to the rear panel. (See Fig. 4-4)
Step 6. f.Set the jumper that matches the system's feedback voltage or
current configuration. Select one only. (See Fig. 4-8) (See
Tables 4-3, 4-4, 4-5)
Step 7. Attach the top panel to the rear panel by replacing the two (2)
pan head screws.
Step 8. Gently slide the rear panel back into the extrusion.
Step 9. Replace the pan head machine screws that attach the rear
panel to the extrusion.
