Connector Pins for
Current and Voltage
Output • The connector pins number from 1-6, left to right when facing the
rear panel of the HI 2160RC
PLUS
. (See Fig. 4-6) The connector pins
number 1-6 right to left if installed in option slots 3 or 4, when fac-
ing the rear panel of the Quad Expander Box. (See Fig. 4-5)
• Pins 1&2 are used for Voltage output. (See Fig. 4-6)
• Pins 5&6 are used for Current output. (See Fig. 4-6)
• Both current and voltage outputs are available simultaneously.
They must be configured with both the HI 2160RC
PLUS
and the
receiving device in the same mode (for example: HI 2160RC
PLUS

Gross Mode) when configuring the PLC it should also be labeled
Gross Mode.
