• You can save from 1-12 data sets in the SMM. By giving
each data set a number you can recall the data set for the
process you want to use again.
• It is a good idea to write down the number and process for
each data set saved.
Step 8. Press the Enter button.
• If this data set already has data, a message appears
“OVERWRITE DATA NO”. In the event that you press
the Enter button with “NO” selected a “NOT SAVED”
error message appears.
CAUTION WITH THE PROFIBUS COMMUNICATION CARD INSTALLED THE
“OVERWRITTEN DATA NO” MESSAGE DOES NOT APPEAR. WHEN
PRESSING THE ENTER BUTTON THE PREVIOUSLY SAVED DATA WILL
BE OVERWRITTEN.
Step 9. Press the 0/Select button until “YES” appears. The 0/Select
button toggles between NO and YES.
Step 10. Press the Enter button to save the data. A message appears
“SAVING . . . .WAIT” then the message changes to SUC-
CESSFUL, then ENTRY ACCEPTED for 1 second when the
display returns to SAVE DATA 1.
Step 11. Press the Exit button to return to the Main Menu.
Step 12. Press the Exit button to return to the Operating Display.

Procedures Step 1. Press the Stop button two times to stop the feeder.
Step 2. Press the Config. button.
Step 3. Enter the Security Code Number.
Step 4. Press the Enter button. The Main Menu appears with the cur-
sor to the left of the SAVE/RECALL SUB-MENU.
Step 5. Use the down arrow
↓
button until the cursor is to the left of
the Recall Data Sub-Menu. (See Fig. 6-34)
