Set the OP% to
99.9%
Step 1. The OP% reads 00.0% with the digit to the right of the deci-
mal point (the least significant digit) flashing. The flashing
means that the value can be changed.
Step 2. Press the up arrow
↑
until the number 9 appears.
Step 3. Press the Select button to move to the units digit which begins
flashing.
Step 4. Press the up arrow
↑
until the number 9 appears.
Step 5. Press the Select button to move to the next digit to the left (the
IDs position).
Step 6. Press the up arrow
↑
until the number 9 appears.
Gathering Data
Step 1. Press the Start button to run the feeder.
Step 2. Run the feeder until the Act Rate stabilizes and the material
flows consistently as determined by the user.
Step 3. Push the Stop button to stop the feeder.
Step 4. Press the Display button until the Operating Display/Total
Weight appears. (See Fig. 6-12)

Step 5. Press the Clear button to clear the total weight. The security
message appears.
Step 6. Enter the HI level security code number.
Step 7. Press the Enter button.
Step 8. A “Clear Total No” message appears.
Step 9. Press the Select button to select Yes.
Step 10. Press the Enter button to clear the total.
Step 11. Get a one minute timer or stop watch to measure the material
dispensed in one minute.
