Amber blink?
The internal Real-Time Clock
has been cleared.Connect the
DigiSnap to a terminal, and re-
set the clock. If the Red blink
persists, replace the DigiSnap.
Refer to the
Power
section.
Disconnect any cable from the big 9 pin connector on the
DigiSnap. On the Cyclapse Power Module, there is a
toggle switch. Turn it off, wait several seconds, then back
on again. While turning it on, watch the DigiSnap.
Make Sure the 9 pin cable
is disconnected... Try
again. If this persists, call
Harbortronics.
DigiSnap, cables, and
camera seem to be
working properly. Other
issues may be due to
configuration.
Followed by
4 quick green
flashes?
DigiSnap is
blinking periodically?
(Every 4-12 seconds)
Weird.... If this
persists, call
Harbortronics.
Camera
takes pic?
DigiSnap has powered up
correctly, and presumes
connected to a camera.
Connect Shutter release cable
to camera, turn camera on.
Press the * button.
- Check the DigiSnap's Switch menu configuration.
- If camera responds, but no pic, check DigiSnap 'Camera
Release' timing, or camera lens Focus switch.
- Double check camera is working properly.
- Shutter release cable problem? Try shorting exposed
ends of cable to trigger camera.
- DigiSnap 2700 failure?
