ATTENTION
The pump has been prepaired in our plant in such a way that it can be stored as described
above for 6 months. It is possible that some preservation oil escapes from the hydraulic ro-
tor / stator. This does not mean that oil has leaked out of the oil chamber. In case of longer
storage, the pump must be inspected for possible damage by a specialist before it is in-
stalled / commissioned.

and ECOVOX
®
pumps:
ATTENTION
If the pump is temporarily stored for more than 1 year, this may result in storage damage.
In that case, the pump will have to be disassembled completely and inspected for possible
damage.
No special storage of the pump is required.
3.3. Transport
Transporting and lifting of the pump must be done professionally taking into account the pertinent accident
prevention regulations. The pump must only be lifted using the lifting device intended for this purpose and
only with authorised lifting gear.
4. DISPOSAL
Once the devices (machines) are no longer needed, they must be disposed of in compliance with the relevant
health, safety and environmental regulations.
5. SERVICING AND REPAIRS
To ensure that we can assist you quickly and efficiently, and to prevent possible misunderstandings, we need
the following information:
- Type (see company plate)
- Serial number (see company plate)
- Job number (see job confirmation / invoice)
- Identification and position no. of the part (see parts lists)
- Quantity
For trouble-shooting or any other questions, please contact us directly. The more precise the information you
provide on the nature of the malfunction, the more quickly and efficiently we will be able to help you.
In case of an imminent flooding hazard, please also contact the competent local authorities
(fire brigade, sewage services etc.)
