Remote control
When remote control is enabled, the Local displayed in the upper right corner of
the interface switches to Remote.
9.1
USB remote control
Use a USB cable to connect the computer's USB port to the USB interface on the
back panel of the internal resistance tester. At this point, the upper right corner of
the measurement display interface of the internal resistance tester displays the
USB connected label.
Download and install IO software from the following address:
https://www.keysight.com/main/software.jspx?ckey=2175637&lc=chi&cc=CN&ni

Open the IO software, locate the device, send a command to check if
communication is normal, and after obtaining normal communication, use the
SCPI command to remotely control the internal resistance tester.
For example:
Query :FETC? (Read the latest measurement values)
Response 288.02E-3 , 1.3921E+0 (
Ω
V function)
The measured resistance value is 288.02m
Ω
, and the measured voltage value is
1.3921V
9.2
LAN remote control
Connect the backend network port of the computer to the rear panel network
port of the internal resistance tester using a LAN cable.
Click on
[Utility] ->
IO
->
LAN
in order to set the LAN parameters of the internal
resistance tester.
