Installation:
1.
Mount the valve (Art.no.: 011

000) in the drop tube and slide the slotted
axle (Art.no.: 001

000) through the bushings, locking the valve in place.

Caution! Ensure that the valve is horizontal when installing the motor. The
arrow laser etched into the gear runs parallel to the valve and should be
horizontal, pointing left or right. (Fig. 3)
Caution! The coupling is attached to the motor

s driveshaft with
threadlocker.
2.
Mount the motor, including motor plate and coupling, (Art. no.:

000) to the cross tube, ensuring that the dump valve
remains horizontal. The cams at the end of the cross tube fit into
the slots in the motor plate, preventing the motor from turning
around the tube.
3.
Secure the motor with the supplied self
-
drilling screws. (Art. no.: 001

000).

4.
Push the axle as far as possible towards the motor
Caution! Check that the dump valve is
closed from the bottom of the drop tube.
If it is not closed, repeat steps 2 and 3.
5.
Insert a Ø125 PVC pipe (Art. no.: 011
-
163

000) of at least 85 cm underneath the
Dump until it reaches the tab in the Dump,
which is flush with the underside of the
cross tube. The tab ensures that the valve
can always move freely. The PVC pipe pre-
vents access to the moving parts (valve) in
the drop tube. (Fig. 6).
