MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE

Note: 

If tutorial mode is disabled, follow the measurement procedure below. If the 

tutorial mode is enabled, press 

Measure

 and follow the messages on the screen.

• Rinse the cuvette by adding a small quantity of sample. 

Ensure that the plastic stopper is in place and shake the 
cuvette several times. Empty the cuvette.

• Fill the cuvette with 10 mL of sample (up to the mark). 

Replace the plastic stopper and the cap.

• Insert the cuvette into the holder and ensure that the 

notch on the cap is positioned securely in the groove.

• Press 

Zero

. The display will show “-0.0-” when the meter is zeroed and ready for 

measurement.

 

 

• Remove the cuvette and add the content of one 

packet of 

HI93713-0

 Phosphate LR Reagent. 

Replace the plastic stopper and the cap. Shake 
gently (for about 2 minutes) until the powder 
is completely dissolved.
