Connection
1.
Connect the high-pressure hose to the outlet.
2.
Fit the spray head on the spray gun.
NOTE:
It has a bayonet fitting. Press and turn to lock.
3.
Connect a standard 1/2’’ garden hose with a length of 5 to 25 metres to the water inlet.
IMPORTANT:
Only use clean water. Use a suitable filter if there is a risk of sand getting into the
inlet. Flush water through the hose before connecting, to flush out any impurities.
NOTE:
Check
that the filter is fitted to the inlet pipe, and that it is not blocked.
4.
Connect the water hose to the water line. The maximum water pressure is 7 bar, and maximum
temperature 40°C.
5.
Open the water supply.
NOTE:
The inlet hose should be connected to a water line with a maximum
pressure of 7 bar. The inlet temperature of the water must not be more than 40
℃
. Check that the
hose is undamaged and does not leak.
6.
Set the power switch in the OFF position.
7.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate. Plug the plug into
the mains outlet.
Use
1.
Open the water tap all the way.
2.
Release the trigger lock and press the trigger for a few seconds to remove any air and relieve the
pressure in the hose.
3.
Keep the trigger pressed and press the power switch to start the motor.
4.
Always keep the power switch pressed when starting the motor.
NOTE:
The motor only works
when the trigger is pressed.
5.
The spray pattern from the nozzle can be adjusted.
WARNING:
Do not adjust the nozzle when the
trigger is pressed.
6.
Apply detergent on a dry surface with a wide spray pattern and low pressure. Work from below and
up on vertical surfaces.
7.
Allow the detergent to act for a few minutes, but do not let it dry.
8.
Make sure that there is no water running on surfaces that should not be wet.
Using the turbo head
The turbo head produces a higher jet pressure.
1.
Switch off the machine.
2.
Unscrew the adjustable head and fit the turbo head on the spray gun.
3.
Start the machine.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
Switch off the machine and unplug the power cord before cleaning and/or maintenance.
Clean the suction and detergent filter at intervals of 50 working hours.
Clean the nozzle with the supplied tool.
Remove the head from the spray gun, clean the hole and rinse.
Storage
1.
Switch off the machine.
2.
Turn off the water tap.
3.
Empty the detergent from the container.
4.
Relieve the pressure in the machine by pressing the trigger until no water comes out through the
nozzle.
5.
Lock the trigger lock.
6.
Unplug the power cord.
7.
Treat the machine with non-corrosive, non-toxic antifreeze before putting into winter storage.
IMPORTANT:
Flush the machine with clean water before using it again. Antifreeze can damage flushed
surfaces.
