7. DISPOSAL
7.1
D
EMOLITION
The demolition of the equipment can be carried out by qualified technicians, identified by the USER.
Before starting the disassembly, it is necessary to create a sufficiently large and ordered space around the
equipment in such a way as to allow movements without problems of further risks created by the surrounding
environment.
To take the equipment out of service:
•
Discharge all circuits under pressure.
•
Disassemble the equipment by separating the individual components according to the type of
material (e.g. metal material, hydraulic components, etc.).
•
Empty all components containing oils by collecting the latter in suitable containers.
•
Dispose of the various components according to their nature.
7.2
D
ISPOSAL
Oils are harmful to the environment and therefore must be properly disposed of and/or
recovered according to regulations.
Waste disposal must be carried out following the laws in force in the country where the
equipment is used.
The collection of special and/or hazardous waste must be entrusted to companies with the necessary
authorizations. Solvents, waste oils and replaced parts must be collected and disposed of according
to the regulations in force.
The USER must inform the staff about the rules to be followed for waste disposal.
