Your HamGadgets kit is guaranteed against defective parts for 90 days from time of purchase. If
you purchased your ID-O-Matic III assembled from a source other than ordering directly from
HamGadgets, please contact the seller/assembler first for support and repair issues.
If you have a hardware problem you just can’t figure out, send an email and let me know what
you need. Depending on my work load I may be able to provide some help repairing your board
for a nominal fee.
