Before inserting a new

Hale

breathing aid, flex the dilators back and forth several times in the areas shown.

Much like a new pair of shoes, this will soften the material to

substantially improve fit and comfort.

The dilator labeled with “R” is worn in the right nostril, and the dilator
with “L” is worn in the left nostril. When the Hale

 breathing aid is

oriented properly, these letters will be upright, not upside down.

Each Hale

 breathing aid

is designed to withstand
10 days of use. Replace
regularly for optimal

performance & hygiene.

Wearing our device in your nose will likely be
a new sensation. As with contact lenses or
new shoes, it may take up to two weeks for
your body to adjust fully. Please be patient
during this acclimation period. The benefits
of clear nasal breathing are well worth it.

When first using the

 Hale

™

breathing aid, you

may experience mild discomfort, a runny
nose, sneezing, and nasal congestion. These
are normal and temporary occurrences.

If you are struggling with

Hale

, try distract-

ing yourself with other activities to shift
focus from the sensation. Wear the device in
short intervals for as long as you can, resting
your nose for several hours in between.
Gradually wear the device for longer
intervals until the sensation becomes normal
and comfortable.

Meet the Hale™ breathing aid

The Hale

band. The dilators are worn inside the nose to boost nasal airflow and relieve airway
obstruction.

We recommend trying all three sizes of Hale

breathing aids to determine your ideal fit.  The

left-sided dilator of each pair is labeled with a circled size marker as shown. To find your fit, start with
the medium (M) size. If you are unable to fit the dilator entirely into your nose or experience sharp
pain, try the small (S) size. If the dilator can wiggle freely or feels loose in the nose, try the large (L)
size.

You have found your ideal fit when:

-You notice an immediate and significant improvement in nasal airflow

-The dilator fits entirely beyond your nostril while the septum band sits snugly between your nostrils

-The dilator feels secure and stays in place after several breaths
