Mantaray-Furnace Integration
Mantaray downloads system files and gets streams from the Furnace
™
IP video system.
Management is done via the Furnace Admin Web Portal (VF Mantaray Manager). Local
control is via Infrared (IR) remote control.
Mantaray video sources include Makito
™
X dual channel H.264 encoders, classic Makito
HD encoders, and/or Torpedo
™
DVB to IP Gateways.
The following diagram depicts the interoperability of various Haivision encoders and
gateways with the Mantaray STB. Mantaray is able to display both the streaming media and
associated EPG information.

NOTE
Mantaray must be registered as a device in the Furnace domain. This is done from
