Overview

To support management of the Makito X by third party Network Management Stations 
(NMSs), the system includes an SNMP agent that may be used to configure and control the 
system’s Audio/Video services and streams. 

NOTE  

The Makito X uses Net-SNMP and supports SNMP v1, v2c, and v3. 

The Makito X supports a number of SNMP commands used to set or get Management 
Information Base (MIB) objects on the local host or on other SNMP agents reachable over 
the IP networks. For details, see
