ESCRIPTION

The 

roi

 command is used to create a static region of interest (one per video encoder) to 

enhance the quality of the encoded video within the region. This allows you to choose what 
portion of the image is important to have maximum quality.

The region position can either be relative (top left, top right, centered, etc.) or absolute 
(positioned at the exact X and Y coordinates specified). You can also specify the scaling 
and transparency display settings.

A series of one or more 

parameter=value

 pairs can be 

specified at once. See

Removes the region of interest

Displays information on the region of interest.
