Read Before Use

The followings are normal phenomena in operation.

There’s humming sound in operation.

It is the sound made by high-voltage transformer and fan during operation. It is

normal phenomenon and has no influence on your safe usage of the oven.

There’s air flowing around the oven door in

operation.

The oven door is not airtight. The air flowing, light and smell of food produced in

cooking may be detected around the oven door. Please rest assured to use.

Why does the oven start with a sound like

striking?

It is a normal sound indicating that the transformer starts operating under high

voltage and frequency.

Why does vapor come out of the air discharge

outlet? Why does water flow out below the

door?

Vapor is normally produced during cooking. Sometimes the vapor is too thick and

gathered inside the oven, and finally condensed into water which may flow out. It

has no influence on your normal usage.

The operating noises of the oven sometimes

become loud, and sometimes become low.

If you use power level other than “high” (100%), the magnetron will enter

intermittent operation: when it starts operating, the noise is relatively louder, and

when it stops operating, the noise is relatively lower.

The heating of food is not even.

The feature of microwave decides that the heating is not even. It is easier to heat the

upper part of food with large height, and the outside of the food with large volume.

You can turn over the food or stir the liquid during cooking to improve the heating

effect.

The defrosting is not perfect.

To avoid over-defrosting, the oven will stop heating when the food is defrosted

enough to be cut with kitchen knife. The food may contain ice residue. It does not

influence your normal cooking.

The cabinet is hot during operation.

The microwave oven will produce heat during operation. The ventilation of fan will

also transfer the heat to the cabinet. Therefore you should provide at least 30cm

spaces at the up, left, right and rear side of the microwave oven for ventilation.

Symptom

Reason

How to solve

. The outlet is faulty.

. Replace the faulty outlet.

The power supply is
off.

. The plug is not tightly inserted into the
outlet.

. Pull off the plug. Wait for 10 seconds and then insert it again.

The oven does not
operate/heat.

The oven door is not closed tightly/the
voltage of power supply is too low.

Check if there’s obstacle jammed in the door gap. Remove the
obstacle and close the door/use power supply with 220V voltage.

The heating is too
slow.

The heating is too slow.

The heating may become slow if the voltage is low, or the quantity
of food is large. Check the voltage of power supply, or divide the
food into two parts for heating. The volume, weight and shape of
the food also influence the cooking time. Please consider of the
above factors in cooking.

1. The grilling is utilized for the first
time.

1. The accumulated grease is being removed. The phenomenon will
disappear automatically after several times of usage.

It smokes in grilling.

2. The grilling is utilized after it is idle
for a long time.

. Please remove the grease accumulated on the grilling tube.
