Troubleshooting
Error Description Solution
Sipper module not
connected. Please
check cable. There is no USB
connection between the
sipper and the
turbidimeter. Examine the USB cable. Make sure that the cable length is
not more than 1 m (3.3 ft). Make sure that the USB cable is
connected to the turbidimeter and the sipper.
Please check sipper
and tube. The pump tubing is not
correctly installed. Loosen the peristaltic pump cover, then install it again. Refer
to the illustrated steps in
Replace the pump tubing
on page 14.
Operate the pump for 15 seconds. Push down the lever and
make sure that the tube is correctly installed around the
rollers.
