4.2.4 Oxygen and Temperature Values
Select the
Oxygen & Temperature
option to set these values, which are applicable to
all products. The values are then applied to all products on both LINE A
and
Line B.
This dialog box sets the units and limits for program displays and alarms.
Temperature
• Set the temperature units (°C or °F).
• Set the High/High and High alarm limits for temperature measurements. The
defaults are 50° and 45° respectively.
• Set the low level value for the temperature graph in the LINE window.
4.2.5 Autosave
All product measurement data is saved in individual product folders on the PC's hard
drive. This is typically under the path name
C:\Program Files\Orbisphere
Laboratories\ProBrix Plus\Line#\Pn
(where
Line#
represents the Line number 1
through 10 and
Pn
the Product Number P1 through P9998).
The file names are determined by the month/day/hour/minute that the measurement run
started, and are given a file extension of
.cbo
(e.g. file
10311015.cbo
relates to the
measurement run started on 31st October at 10:15 a.m.). As the year is not part of the
file name, it is recommended that at Year End, all measurement data files are copied into
a backup directory before being deleted, to avoid any confusion during the coming year.
Oxygen
• Set the O
2
units (ppm or ppb).
• Set the High/High and High alarm levels for O
2
measurements. The defaults are 10 and 8
respectively.
• Set the low level value for the O
2
graph in the LINE
window.
• Set the Estimated O
2
value for when the sensor is
out. Although not recommended, this allows the PC
Program to continue to function whilst the O
2
sensor is disconnected (e.g. being serviced). As
such, it should be as near an accurate
measurement as possible. This value appears in
the O
2
display in the LINE window.

Selecting
AutoSave
allows you to select the time delay
for automatically saving this measurement data.
This can be set to
None
(no AutoSave required),
End of
Run
(save only on completion) or at a time interval of 1, 2,
5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes.
