ORBISPHERE
• Hi/Hi:
This value sets the upper limit for the measurement, and also the graphical
display. If a measurement exceeds this value the High/High alarm is triggered. It
must be greater than the High value.
• High:
This value sets the high limit and must be greater than the Target value. If a
measurement exceeds this value the High alarm is triggered.
• Target:
This is the target value for the measurements and must be greater than
the Low value. It is also used in calculating the calibration coefficient (slope) for
diet-a and T.A.-a products.
• Low:
This value sets the low limit and must be greater than the LowLow value. If a
measurement goes below this value the Low alarm is triggered.
• Low/Low:
This value sets the lowest value for the measurement, and also the
graphical display. If a measurement falls below this value the Low/Low alarm is
triggered.
•
Inverted offset:
If you have a sugar inversion issue, whereby the density of the
sugar is likely to change during a run, enter an offset value here. This value
(positive or negative) is added to the target and alarm values during a run, but
does not change the actual alarm and target values entered above.
Note:
All the product information for each LINE is stored in Products List files called
PROD31.bin (LINE A) and PROD32.bin (LINE B). Periodically backup these files to
another disk and/or directory.

Search
This option is used to search
for a specific product. Enter a
series of characters to search
for and press
Search
. The
search string can be either the
full name if known, or a partial
name.
For example, if a single letter is
e n t e r e d , a l l p r o d u c t s
containing that letter will be
listed.
If more than one letter is
entered, then all products
containing those letters in that
adjacent sequence will be
listed (as illustrated left).
Select the required product
from the list displayed and
press
OK
.
