Guide to the troubleshooting - single

Incorrect wiring Check wiring, and remedy if necessary
Voltage too low
Check supply voltage at the transmitter.
Supply voltage must be at least 12 V
Initialization error
1 Switch off transmitter for at least 5 seconds
2 Switch on again with sensor pointing downward
Transmitter defective Replace transmitter
I = 3.80 mA
or 24.0 mA
Initialization error
1 Switch off transmitter for at least 5 seconds
2 Switch on again with sensor pointing downward
Transmitter defective Replace transmitter

Membrane damaged Replace OXY 1100 sensor
Moisture behind OXY 1100 sensor
Fully dry out the terminals on the transmitter. A
hair dryer can be used

1 Check full-scale value in atmospheric air. Hold the
transmitter in the open air with the sensor downward.
Compare the value with DS/EN 25814 (refer to
appendix IIa)
2 Check the zero point (refer to appendix IIb)
3 If significant deviation, calibrate again.
