The setup menu
The setup menu is shown in an overview diagram ( Figure 20, page 101 ).
The setup menu consists of two parts:
• USC setup menu – for the setup of the USC signal converter
• Transmitter setup menu – for the setup of the transmitter
The setup menu is needed for the startup and the maintenance, and
settings can also be changed here. The access to the setup menu is
done through a two second long press of the key
TOP UP .
The setup menu has two modes:
View mode – it serves only for the view. Only the previously defined
settings are displayed. You access this mode when you long press the
key
TOP UP for two seconds. Instead of entering the passcode, press
the key FORWARDS .
Setup mode – in this mode values can be displayed and changed. The
access to the setup menu is done through a two second long press of
the key
TOP UP . The setup menu is called up through pressing of the
key for 2 seconds and entry of the passcode.
Passcode
The default passcode is 1000 and can be changed to any value between
1000 and 9999.
The default setting of the passcode can be established again as follows:
1. Switch off the device.
2. Press the key TOP UP and with it switch the device on again.
3. Let go of the key TOP UP again after 10 seconds.
The passcode is now set back to 1000.
