EQUIPMENT DISASSEMBLY  

Regulating unit dismantling operations must be performed by: 

Technicians of HABASIT Assistance Service. 

Technicians authorized by HABASIT, with experience of: 
Installation/disassembly of machinery. 
Installation/ disassembly of the electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic plant, consulting the 
corresponding diagrams. 

ATTENTION 

BEFORE CARRYING OUT ANY KIND OF WORK ON THE REGULATING UNIT IT IS ESSENTIAL TO 

ENSURE THAT THE SYSTEMS (ELECTRICAL, PNEUMATIC AND WATER) ARE DISCONNECTED 

FROM ENERGY SUPPLIES, THAT PNEUMATIC AND WATER IS PROPERLY DEPRESSURISED 

AND THAT THERE IS NO REMAINING POTENTIAL ENERGY IN THE MOVING PARTS. 

 
 

Disconnect the electrical circuit. 

Proceed with mechanical dismantling. 

 

If the regulating unit has to be stored for a certain time, prepare it as indicated in the next 
section, but if it has to be handled immediately, refer to the appropriate section.
