Solution

Camera can´t power up
when pressing left soft
key
1.
Charge battery by placing the camera to the cradle. Check that camera
starts charging. Green power LED starts blinking when battery is being
charged.
a.
If no, ensure that the camera is placed firmly on the cradle and both
cradle and the camera´s connectors are clean. Ensure that power supply
is firmly connected to the cradle and to mains.
b.
If yes, wait until green LED stops blinking indicating full battery (about 2-
3 hours charging) and try to power up the camera again.
2.
If the camera does not start up after step 1, replace battery by following
instructions in the Instruction Manual.
3.
If the camera does not power up after steps 1 and 2, please contact the
customer service for RMA.

Camera can’t power up
when placed in the cradle
1.
Ensure that power supply is firmly connected to the cradle and to mains.
a.
If no, connect cables firmly.
2.
If yes, ensure that the camera is placed firmly on the cradle.
a.
If no, place the camera firmly to the cradle.
3.
If yes, ensure that both cradle and camera´s connectors are clean.
a.
If no, clean connectors.
4.
If yes, make sure that cradle pins are intact.
a.
If no, please contact the customer service for RMA.
5.
If the camera can´t power up after steps 1-4, please contact the customer
service for RMA.

Camera shuts down after
lifted from the cradle
1.
Charge battery by placing the camera to the cradle. Check that camera
starts charging. Green power LED starts blinking when battery is being
charged.
a.
If no, ensure that the camera is placed firmly on the cradle and both
cradle and the camera´s connectors are clean. Ensure that power supply
is firmly connected to the cradle and to mains.
b.
If yes, wait until green LED stops blinking indicating full battery (about 2-
3 hours charging) and try to power up the camera again.
2.
If the camera does not start up after step 1, replace battery by following
instructions in Instruction Manual.
3.
If the camera does not power up after steps 1 and 2, please contact the
customer service for RMA.

Captured images cannot
be transferred to PC via
Cradle
1.
Is the Fundus Module software installed and working?
2.
Ensure that USB cable is firmly connected to the cradle and to the PC.
a.
If no, connect the cable firmly.
3.
If yes, ensure that the camera is placed firmly on the cradle.
a.
If no, place camera firmly to the cradle.
4.
If yes, make sure that both cradle and camera´s connectors are clean.
a.
If no, clean connectors.
5.
If yes, make sure that cradle pins are intact.
a.
If no, please contact the customer service for RMA.
6.
Power up the camera and place it to the cradle. If images cannot still be
transferred to PC, please contact the customer service for RMA.

Camera gives focus
range error
1.
Does the error message recur, if the device is kept in horizontal position
when it is calibrated?
a.
If yes, please contact the customer service for RMA.
b.
If no, it is safe to continue the use of the camera. If the problem appears
again, please contact the customer service.

Camera shows question
marks at the display
1.
Update the software by following Flashing instruction in the Service Manual.
a.
If this does not fix the problem, please contact the customer service for
RMA
