Besides the dust specifications, the equipment room of the VG
should also meet the rigorous requirements for the contents of salt,
acid and sulfide. These harmful gases could accelerate the metal
erosion and the aging process of some parts. The specific limits in
these harmful gases are given in the following table.

2.1.3 ESD-Preventive Requirements
Although careful considerations have been taken in the design of
the VG in preventing Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), excessive static
electricity may bring enormous damage to their circuit.
On the communication network connected to the VG, the static
electricity is primarily introduced from the outside electrical fields, such
as outdoor high-voltage power cables and lightning, and from the
indoor environments, floor materials and the internal system such as
the equipment frame. In order to avoid the damage caused by the
static electricity, you should ensure that:

The equipment and floor are well connected to the earth;

The equipment room is free from dust as possible;
