Connecting the power cord
Connecting an AC power cord
1.
Make sure the router is well grounded, and the power switch on the router is in the OFF
position.
2.
Pull the bail latch upwards.
3.
Connect one end of the AC power cord to the AC-input power receptacle on the router.
4.
Pull the bail latch down to secure the plug to the power receptacle.
5.
Connect the other end of the power cord to the AC power outlet.

Connecting a DC power cord
1.
Correctly orient the plug at one end of the cable with the power receptacle on the power module,
and insert the plug into the power receptacle.
The power receptacle is foolproof. If you cannot insert the plug into the receptacle, re-orient the
plug rather than use excessive force to push it in.

Tighten the screws on the plug with a flat-blade screwdriver to secure the plug in the power
receptacle.
