Install the dust cap for the fiber port. Drain the disconnected cable in a drip tray before you put
it away.
Connecting the power cords
WARNING!
Provide a circuit breaker for each power input. When you connect a power cord, make sure the
circuit breaker is switched off.
1.
Insert the female connector of the AC power cord supplied with the power module into the
power receptacle on the power module.
2.
Connect the other end of the power cord to an external AC power source.

Verifying the installation
After you complete the installation, verify the following information:
•
The power source is as required by the switch.
•
The power cord is correctly connected.
•
All the interface cables are cabled indoors. The switch does not support outdoor cable routing.
