Mounting the switch in the rack 

1. 

Wear an ESD wrist strap and make sure it makes good skin contact and is reliably grounded. 

2. 

Make sure the front mounting brackets have been attached securely to the two sides of the 
switch. 

3. 

One person supports the chassis bottom with one hand, holds the front part of the chassis with 
the other hand, and pushes the chassis into the rack. 

4. 

The other person uses M6 screws and cage nuts (user supplied) to attach the switch to the rack. 
Make sure the switch is installed evenly and securely in the rack.
