Applying the QoS policy to online users
You can apply a QoS policy to the incoming traffic from an online users. To modify a QoS policy that has
already applied to an online user, you must remove the QoS policy application first.

Do not apply a null policy in user profile view, because you cannot activate a user profile with a null

You can apply a QoS policy to a VLAN to regulate traffic of the VLAN.
