CAUTION:
If the captive screws cannot be tightened, check whether the
power module is properly installed.
Removing a Power Module
Remove a power module in the opposite way you install it:
1.
Wear an ESD-preventive wrist strap and loosen the captive
screws on the power module.
2.
Grasp the handle of the power module with one hand to pull out
a part of it. Then hold the module bottom with the other hand
and take out the module slowly.
CAUTION:
Since the power module is heavy, you are recommended to
grasp the power module handle with one hand and hold the
bottom with the other while pulling out a power module slowly.
Connecting the Power Cable
After installing the power module to the device, you can connect the
power cables. When connecting power cables, check that:

The power switch is in the OFF position.
•
In the case of a DC power module, make sure that the power
switch at the other end of the DC power cables is also in the
OFF position to avoid danger.
