Mount the handrail supports to the foot
plates with screws and washers.
Torque =
30Nm
4x DIN6798A-M10
4x DIN933-M10x30
Ensure that the handrail support ribs do
not touch the treadmill beams and that the
handrail supports do not touch the
treadmill motor-cover.

Screw the handrails to the handrail supports. Torque =
15Nm
Screws in plastic screws box
29.
Screw the handrail longitudinal bars to the
handrail posts for 150/50 treadmill.
Torque =
15Nm
Screws in plastic screws box
30.
Screw the handrail transversal bar to the
handrails for 170/65 treadmill.
Torque =
1.8Nm
Screws in plastic screws box

Screw the safety arches to the handrail
supports and to the handrails.
Torque =
15Nm
Screws in plastic screws box

Connect the safety arch emergency stop to
the treadmill.

Open the treadmill motor-cover.

Cut the 3 grommets of the cable holes in the
treadmill front panel.
