Parameter Description And Operation

Size 

Used to control the bits number of digital I/0. Choose 
3 or 4 or 16 digits. In the 3-bit mode, the fourth line of 
the digital I/O is selected as the EOT, /EOT, BUSY or 
/BUSY signal by the End of test option. In 4-bit mode, 
when the End of test option is set to EOT mode, the 
forth line of digital I/O is manually controlled.  
When the Size is 3-bit, the range of the pattern value 
is 0-7.
