Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING
Danger of short circuit!
Water entering the housing can cause a
short circuit.
Never immerse the appliance in water and
make sure that no water gets into the
motor base.
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Carefully remove the pulp strainer as the
blades are very sharp.
CAUTION
Risk of damage!
Improper use of the appliance can result
in damage to the appliance.
•
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents
or those containing solvents, or sharp,
scratching or metallic cleaning objects
such as knives, metal sponges and the
like. These damage the surfaces.

Never immerse the appliance in water.
Cleaning the appliance
1.
Remove the mains plug from the
plug socket before cleaning.

For dismantling the appliance, see
the "Getting to know the appliance"
overview.
3.
Hold all loose parts except the
housing under warm running water.
Alternatively, you can also put these
parts in the dishwasher except for
the pulp strainer and the housing.

After cleaning, rub all parts dry.
NOTE
Wipe the housing with the motor (9) using
only a soft cloth and a little washing-up
liquid. Do not place under running water
or in the dishwasher.

disposal of the product. Environmentally
friendly disposal prevents possible
negative impacts on health that could be

this product must not be disposed of with
the normal domestic waste. The user must
return the product to a collection point for
the recycling of electrical and electronic
waste.
