1.
Close both manual valves.
2.
Remove the resin check valve. Flush and inspect all parts of the
assembly.
3.
Flush the resin cleanout port.
4.
Remove the isocyanate check valve. Flush and inspect all parts of the
assembly.
5.
Flush the isocyanate port.
6.
Trigger the gun to the open position and flush the mixing chamber.
7.
Remove the gun screen and flush both cleanout and screen ports in the
block.
8.
Re-assemble the gun.
9.
Disconnect air to the gun.
(Complete steps 1 to 9 in previous section.)
10.
Remove the gun from the coupling block.
11.
Press the trigger to withdraw the rod. Clean both injection slots. Flush
both sides of mixing chamber with gun cleaner. Release the trigger.
12.
Loosen the felt wiper assembly.
13.
Remove the spring retainer case and withdraw the valving rod. Check
for gummy or hard deposits on the rod. Clean or replace as
necessary.
14.
Check the felt wiper and replace if necessary.
15.
Re-assemble the gun.
16.
Disconnect air to the gun.
