Organs-only mode.
In this mode, the last
digit selects one of
ten different organs
that range from very
bright to sedate.
Four-part hymn style:
Soprano
Use with an upper digit of
2 (the 2 in style 294) to
change the organ sound
with each verse of the
hymn. Start with a soft
organ, and end the last
verse with a full organ.
For example, if you want
4 verses
Alto
with an intro,
then start with
Style 294, which
will play four
verses ending
with style 290,
which has a very
bright pipe
Tenor
organ. If you do
not want the
ending to be so
full sounding, you
can start higher,
with Style 297, in
which case the
Hymnal will end
up with Style
Bass
293. The 3 in Style
293 specifies a more
sedate organ than the 0
in Style 290.
The last digit of the arrangement style (whose place is held by “_”), is chosen from the
SOUND preset codes in the first table.
