Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons placed on the
machine or its package. The description of the meanings can be
found in the “Marking“ section.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the machine against damage during
transport. Packing materials are usually chosen depending on
their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can
therefore be recycled. Returning the package to material
circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste disposal costs.
Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor®) can be dangerous to
children.
Risk of suffocation! Keep parts of the package away
from children and dispose them as soon as possible.
Servicing
•
At regular intervals, lubricate all moving metal parts
with fat.
•
Hydraulic oil to be changed every 12 months (e.g. HLP
46) (commonly for sale)
• Check the mobile lift table for any wear and defective
components whenever it is to be put into operation.
Transport
Put the table to the lowest position and tilt the guide
handle down (pic. 2).
By this, GHT 500 may be folded down to save space and
transported.
Caution: the brake must always be closed during transport.

Possible causes and remedies
Failure Cause Remedy
1. Trolley not working or not reaching
the full lift height.
a) Check valve ball (23) not sealing.
b) Pinned connection (28) pressing on
the ball (16) too much.
c) Too few hydraulic oil.
a) Clean the ball valve seat and refit the ball.
b) Set the Bowden cable in a way the pinned connection
reaches the optimum position and lubricate the peg
with oil.
c) Add hydraulic oil.
2. Lift table automatically lowering.
a) Check valve balls not sealing.
b) Pin 28 pressing on the ball too
much.
a) Check the appropriate valve seats and refit the balls.

3. Table cannot be started.
a) Pressure on the pinned connection
is insufficient to open the ball valve.
