7.3.2 Protection against overcurrent
On generators with factory-installed switch box, the power sockets are to be
protected against overcurrent and short circuits at the attached switch box
using line circuit breakers.

Generators without factory-installed switch boxes
To protect the circuits (power sockets) connected to the generator, install
suitable safety devices in a separate switch cabinet.
