5.6.2.1.1 Motion Sensitivity
This affects all analytics and motion detection. It is a scale of how sensitive the threshold is on
each pixel to determine if it has changed and thus there is motion. Default Settings should work
for most scenes.
5.6.2.1.2 Motion Threshold
This affects all analytics and motion detection. It is a scale of how large a group of changing
pixels is before it is determined as a motion area for investigation by the analytics engine.
Default Settings should work for most scenes.
5.6.2.1.3 Motion Alarm Delay
This setting determines how long motion must be present before a Motion Alarm event is
triggered. The camera will wait for this number of milliseconds of consistent motion before
triggering an event. This setting only effects Whole Scene Motion Detector, Motion Region
Detector and Region Object Detector rules which create motion alarm data.
5.6.2.1.4 Motion Alarm Persistence
This setting determines how long a motion event persists after the motion ends. The camera
will wait this number of milliseconds after the end of motion before ending the event. This setting
only effects Whole Scene Motion Detector, Motion Region Detector and Region Object Detector
rules which create motion alarm data.
