12 Parental control
This menu allows you to block access to the menus “ Settings ” and “ List Manager ” using
a PIN code, as well as lock channels.
(Default setting for the PIN code: ”
1 1 1 1 ”, see chapter “Changing the PIN code”,
page 55).
• Press the
MENU
button.
—> The “ Main Menu ” appears with the active line
“
Settings
”.
12.1 Setting the access rights
• Select the line “ Parental Lock ” using the

▲
buttons
and confirm using OK .
—> The menu “ Parental Lock ” appears with the active
line “ Set Access Rights Level ”.
• Confirm line “ Set Access Rights Level ” using OK .
• In the selection menu which appears use the
▼
/
▲
buttons
to select the desired setting:
—> “
Access All ”: All functions can be operated.
—> “ Lock System Settings ”:
The menus “ Settings ” and “ List Manager ” are
locked.
—> “ Lock System Se Channels ”:
The menus “ Settings ” and “ List Manager ” are
locked. The channels marked in the channel lists
and favourite lists with “
x ” are also locked.
• Confirm the setting using OK .
• In the menu which appears, enter the PIN code.
• By pressing the
Z button you can return to the previous
menu.
• In the menu which appears “ Save changes? ” use the
◀
/
▶
buttons to confirm the procedure with “ Yes ” or
cancel it with “ No ”.
• Press the OK button.
• To exit the menu, see chapter 8.1.8, page 22.
