Calibrating the Inlets
You must calibrate all air inlets that are connected to the relays of
the auxiliary module (no calibration is required for air inlets that are
connected to the 0-10V output).
This calibration tells the controller what are the minimum and
maximum openings of the actuators. The controller uses these
values to define the position of the air inlets in the fan stages.
During the calibration process, the
Calibration LED
of the
respective air inlet is lit on the auxiliary module.
Calibration is done with the switch block marked
Controller
Function
in the auxiliary module.
To calibrate air inlets, proceed as follows:
1. Set switch 1 to the ON position to calibrate the first
actuator or set switch 3 ON to calibrate the second
actuator
NOTE:
If the switch already is in the ON position, toggle the
switch OFF and then ON again.
The actuator opens completely and stays open for 45 seconds and
then closes completely. Once this is done, the calibration is over.
2. Set the internal switch back in OFF position.
3. Repeat for the other actuator (if applicable).
