5. Deleting the Existing GRUNDIG Viewer
Users who have installed the GRUNDIG Viewer for 1.3 Megapixel Series IP Cameras on the PC need to delete the
existing GRUNDIG Viewer first from the PC before accessing this IP Camera.
Deleting the GRUNDIG Viewer :
Click on “Control Panel”, and then click on “Add or Remove Programs”. In the “Currently installed programs”
list, select “GRUNDIG Viewer” and click the button “Remove” to uninstall the existing GRUNDIG Viewer as shown
in the figure below.
Deleting Temporary Internet Files :
To improve the browser performance, it is suggested to clean up all the files in the Temporary Internet Files. The
procedure is as follows (for other web browsers please read the corresponding manuals):
STEP 1: Click on the “Tools” tab and select the option “Internet Options”.
