將產品連接至附近的外部主開關和馬達
保護斷路器,或 CUE 變頻器。 請確定
您可以將主開關鎖定在 OFF 位置 (隔

5.3.2. 標準的詳細規定。

所有的電源連接必須由合格的電工人員依據
當地規定來進行。

檢查電源電壓及頻率是否與銘牌上之數值相
符合。

請遵照接線盒蓋內的接線圖進行電氣連接。

單相 Grundfos 馬達加入熱控開關,不需額外的馬達保
護。
三相馬達必須連接至馬達斷路保護器。

6.1 變更接線盒位置

請按照此程序變更接線盒位置:
1. 必要時,請拆除聯軸器護罩。 請勿拆下聯軸器。

2. 拆除固定馬達與泵浦的螺栓。

3. 將馬達轉至需要的位置。

4. 重裝並鎖緊螺栓。

5. 重裝聯軸器護蓋。

6.2 變頻器操作

您可將三相馬達用於符合以下條件的變頻器。 本節適
用於在 IEC 60034 中定義的馬達。

6.2.1 一般條件
根據 IEC 60034-17,為搭配變頻器使用的所有馬達提
供電壓尖峰值與 dU/dt 的保護。 葛蘭富建議將絕緣軸
承用於框架大小 225 的馬達 (45 kW/2 極、30 kW/4 極
及 22 kW/6 極)。

6.2.2 電源電壓相依條件

200-240 V
電源電壓達 240 V 的變頻器操控馬達不需要使用輸出
濾波器。

380-500 V
對於電源線長度不到 25 公尺且電源供應高達 460 V 的
變頻器操控馬達,無須額外的電壓尖峰值馬達保護。
對於電源線長度超過 25 公尺或電源供應高於 460 V 的
變頻器操控馬達,則需正弦波濾波器。

500 V 及以上
標示 500 V 或更高電壓的馬達,務必使用正弦波濾波
器。

加強絕緣的馬達可以另外選購。 這些馬達
根據 IEC 60034-25,因此無須正弦波濾波
器。 這並未消除框架大小 225 的絕緣軸承
的要求。

例外狀況

保護葛蘭富 MG 71 和 MG 80 型馬達(最高可到
1.1 kW/2 極和 0.75 kW/4 極)。最高可支援無相間
絕緣類型到(含)440 伏特,防止瞬間電壓在電源
供應端之間高於 650 伏特

如果您使用 M G71 和MG 80 無相間絕緣類型馬
達,在超過 240 伏特的情形下,您需要在變頻器輸
出端使用正弦濾波器。

具備用於變頻器之相位絕緣的 MG 71 與 MG 80 也可
作為標準產品提供。

由葛蘭富供應的馬達
您可以將具備相位絕緣的所有三相 MG 馬達連接至變
頻器。

不是由葛蘭富提供的其他馬達廠牌
請聯絡葛蘭富或馬達製造商。
