Disassemble the pump in this way:
1. Unscrew and remove hexagon nut 94, washer
94c and tie bolt 93.

Remove clamp ring assembly 92a / 92b.

3. Unscrew the hexagon head screw 7a and
remove the coupling guard 7.

4. Unscrew impeller nut 67.
Use a socket wrench (pos. 4 or 5 from tool kit fig.
55) on the impeller nut 67.

To prevent shaft rotation: Insert a screwdriver or
similar tool through the hole in the shaft 51. Do not
attempt to prevent shaft rotation by jamming
screwdriver between the shaft 51 and the tension
ring bolts 9. Damage to the tension ring bolts will
occur!

5. Remove the O-ring 67b and impeller lock
washers 66 from impeller nut 67.
