Read and Save:
1. Place the base (A) on a stable, flat surface.
2. Insert the polarized plug (B) into an polarized outlet.
3. Use the touch switch (C) on base to adjust the
brightness to meet your needs.
Touch Switch (C) with Three Step Dimming Low, Medium,
High, and Off.
4. Move gooseneck (D) and shade with integrated LEDs
to position the light as desired. Please see the above
diagrams for the full range of positions available.
5. Two AC power outlets (E) on base for small electronics,
refer to the label near the power outlet for recommended
maximum rating.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ).
The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Do not disassemble the product. Altering or modifying the
lamp in any way will render the product unsafe.

To prevent bad connections, avoid pulling wiring
connections when removing contents from package
or during installation.
4. This lamp is approved for indoor use only. Do not keep
close to windows or direct sunlight.
5. Unplug the lamp fixture if it is not being used for extended
periods of time.
6. This lamp has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable
protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate
radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular
installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference
to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment on and off, the user is encouraged to

Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
