IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp
has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only
one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Never use an extension cord
unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not
alter the plug.
2. Turn off and unplug the unit to change bulbs.
Allow the bulb to cool before touching.
3. Avoid laying objects directly over the power
supply cord to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.

To clean, use soft cloth only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
FLOOR LAMP
1. Thread the Tube (B) clockwise onto Base (A)
until tight.
2. Carefully pull out excess power cord from
Base (A) while assembling to prevent the cord
from twisting.
3. Repeat Step 1 for Tubes (C) and (D).
4. Thread the Socket (E) onto Tube (D).
5. Place Shade (F) onto Socket (E)

TABLE LAMP
1. Place lamp base (G) on flat surface.
2. Carefully pull out excess power cord from Base
while assembling to prevent the cord from
twisting
3. Thread the Socket assembly (H) onto the
lamp base (G).
4. Place Shade (I) onto Socket assembly (H).
Table Lamp: Use one 60 Watt type A
bulb (bulb not included).
Floor Lamp use one 150-Watt Max. 3-Way
Type A Bulb(bulb not included).
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED WATTAGE.
1. Turn off, unplug and allow to cool before
replacing bulb.
2. Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.
