Never use the cord for other activities. Never carry power tools, holding them by the cord or
use the cord for hanging the power tool; also do not unplug the power tool by pulling on the
cord. The cable should be protected from high temperatures, it should be kept away from oil,
sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electrical shock.
e.
In the case of operating power tools in the open, use extension cable, adapted also for outdoor
applications. Using the proper extension cord (adapted for outdoor use) reduces the risk of
electrical shock.
f.
If you cannot avoid the use of a power tool in a moist environment, use a circuit breaker re-
sidual current. The use of residual current circuit breaker reduces the risk of electrical shock.
3. Personal
safety
a.
When working with power tools be careful, carryout every activity carefully and with caution.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the infl uence of drugs, alcohol or medica-
tion. Momentary lapses while using power tools can cause serious injuries.
b.
Wear personal protective equipment and always wear safety glasses. Wearing personal pro-
tective equipment - a dust mask, shoes with anti-slip soles, a helmet or ear protection (depend-
ing on the type and use of power tools) - reduces the risk of injury.
c.
Avoid accidental starting of power tools. Before inserting the plug into the socket and / or
connecting to a battery, as well as picking up or carrying power tools, make sure that the tool
is switched off . Keeping your fi nger on the switch when transferring power tools or connecting
a power tool while it is turned on may cause accidents.
d.
Before turning on the power tool, remove any other tools or wrenches. A tool or spanner,
located in the moving parts of the machine can lead to injury.
e.
Avoid abnormal positions at work. Keep a stable position at work and maintain balance. In this
way will be possible to better control power tools in unexpected situations.
f.
Wear appropriate clothing. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Hair, clothing and gloves
should be kept away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can be caught in
moving parts.
g.
If there is a possibility to install equipment the extract and capture dust, make sure that they are
connected and will be properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
4. Proper operation and maintenance of power tools
a.
Do not overload the machine. Use the correct power tools, which is appropriate for the task.
Working with an appropriately selected power tool allows the given task to be performed
better and in safer manner.
b.
Do not use the power tool if the on / off switch is defective. Any power tool that cannot be
turned on or off is dangerous and must be repaired.
c.
Before adjusting, changing accessories, or after ceasing to use the tool, pull the plug out of
the socket and / or remove the battery. This precaution prevents inadvertent switching on the
power tool.
d.
Store unused power tools out of the reach of children. Do not share the power tool with peo-
ple who do not know or do not read these instructions. Used by inexperienced people power
tools are dangerous.
e.
Maintenance of the power tool is necessary. You should check that moving parts work well
and are not blocked, and parts are not cracked or damaged in such a way that would aff ect
the proper operation of the tool. Damaged parts should be repaired before using the machine.
Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power tools.
f.
Power tools, accessories, auxiliary tools etc. should be used in accordance with these instruc-
tions. Conditions and the type of work performed should be taken into account. Improper use
of power tools can lead to dangerous situations.
5. Servicing
a.
Repair of the power tools should only be carried out by a qualifi ed person using original spare
parts. This ensures that the safety of the device will be preserved.
